Log in to the tenant portal to set up direct payments or make a one time payment. Contact the office if you have lost your password.
Help! Something is broken. What do I do?
If this is a life threatening emergency contact the local authorities. For emergency situations in your unit call the After Hours Number (231) 753-1259.
For all other maintenance requests please log in to the tenant portal and submit a request.
